Report submissions do not request names or contact details. We discourage sharing identifying information in reports. Community members receive auto-generated public names; NGOs and CSOs can use organization names. You may optionally add an email or phone number to recover access on another device; this information stays private and is never shared in public listings. We store profile data you provide to manage access and security. Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security and encrypted at rest.
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to trusted moderators bound by privacy commitments. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@galamsey-reporter.local.
Analytics and monitoring tools (Sentry, Vercel Analytics) capture anonymized usage data to help us fix bugs and improve usability.
